The Project

We are seeking a Business Analyst to work on a Banking project.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage functional solutions for financial interfaces supporting key reporting streams, including financial accounting, management accounting, liquidity, and credit risk;

• Define operational and accounting schemes, control frameworks, and data flow structures based on project requirements;

• Document functional and technical specifications for implementation by IT, financial systems, and engineering teams;

• Coordinate tasks and stakeholders across projects to ensure timely delivery;

• Support the evolution of the chart of accounts as required by the adopted solution;

• Contribute to testing strategies and carry out all accounting and reporting test phases;

• Ensure post-implementation support for reporting users.

You need to have the following skills/experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial services;

• Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting;

• Familiarity with banking products or capital markets products;

• Experience with financial information systems;

• Experience in project management;

• Proficiency in MS Excel;

• Master's degree in Accounting or Finance;

• Minimum B2 level of English, with Portuguese language skills required.

Location

Lisbon (Hybrid - 2 days per week at the office).
