  • Consulting — with a focus on strategy, investment analysis, and digital process improvement;
  • IT Team Augmentation — helping clients scale and strengthen their tech teams.


The Project
We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to work on a project for a Technology Company.


You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a strong focus on Employee Central, Time Management, and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) scenarios;
  • Support and enhance SAP HCM Payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business requirements;
  • Configure, test, and validate end-to-end SuccessFactors processes (Employee Central and Time Management) in multi-country environments;
  • Design and oversee integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR/enterprise systems, ensuring data quality and robust interface governance;
  • Provide technical leadership across HR transformation initiatives, guiding solution design, delivery standards, and quality assurance;
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate HR needs into scalable system configurations and implementation deliverables;
  • Contribute to best-practice delivery through documentation, testing support, and structured deployment readiness.


You need to have the following skills/experience:

  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, especially Time Management and Employee Central Payroll (ECP);
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll in complex or multi-country contexts;
  • Demonstrated delivery experience across multiple countries and/or multi-entity organizations;
  • Strong integration background, including data flows between SuccessFactors modules and external systems;
  • Proven capability to lead technically within HR digital transformation projects;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in complex delivery environments;
  • High level of English (C1) and Portuguese (spoken and written).


Location
Lisbon (Hybrid - 1 day per week at the office).
